‘Welcome to Gaza - the play’ was compiled by Peter Oswald, and consists of 15 short plays originally created and performed by children in Gaza between 2017 and 2020. The play also includes interventions by the founder of the Hands up Project, Nick Bilbrough with real written, audio and video messages personally received by him from our Hands up students in Gaza while the genocide was going on. The play has recently completed a highly successful Uk Tour (Totnes Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe, Manchester, London and Reading) featuring 2 of the original creators of the plays from Gaza and Nick Bilbrough acting as himself.
