The Hands Up Project certificate in Remote Theatre

This is a highly practical course aiming to provide teachers of English anywhere in the world with the skills, the experience and the knowledge to establish and run remote theatre clubs in their own schools.

Time: 7.00pm to 8.30 pm Palestine time on Thursday evenings (starts 8th October and ends on 17th December).

Hours: 15 contact hours plus 10 hours preparation between sessions.

Course content: What is remote theatre? Exploring the theatrical potential of online platforms, Working with scripts, Performance skills through a webcam, Online storytelling skills, green screen storytelling, Getting physical/TPR online, On-line roleplay and improvisation activities, Devising remote theatre, final performances.
